From showers and milestone birthdays to retirement parties and casual get togethers, we provide a relaxed yet elevated space for memorable celebrations.

    The Coop | $120 per hour

    The Coop is an ideal venue for various celebrations, including bridal and baby showers and rehearsal dinners. It comfortably accommodates up to 50 guests in a temperature-controlled environment, providing a welcoming atmosphere for you and your guests. There is a 4 hour minimum on the rental of the Coop, and you will bring in your own food and beverage.

    The Barn | $150 per hour

    The Barn offers a charming and comfortable atmosphere for up to 100 guests, and is perfect for intimate gatherings like birthdays, rehearsal dinners, or anniversaries. The warm ambiance and flexible space allow for personalized decor and linens. There is a 4 hour minimum on the rental of the Barn, and you will bring in your own food and beverage.

    The Pavilion | $275-$375 per hour

    The Pavilion is a versatile and elegant space for large events. It can host up to 260 guests, making it perfect for wedding receptions where couples celebrate with loved ones. In addition to weddings, it is also a favored venue for birthdays, school events, and corporate functions. The spacious layout allows for customization, even for events smaller than 260. There is a 4 hour minimum on the rental, and catering is required in the Pavilion.
